Where do you ship to?
	We ship to all locations on the British Mainland. We plan to extend our service to all locations within the European Union and European Economic Area in the very near future.
What are my delivery options / charges?
	All orders are dispatched by guaranteed next-day delivery using our express couriers, Business Post. We are pleased to provide our customers with this service FREE OF CHARGE.
When will my order ship? / How long will it take to arrive?
	All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will begin processing immediately and ship that same day, for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and shipped the next working day and delivered the following working day.
Can my shipping address differ from my billing address?
	Yes. When you reach the checkout page, you are able to provide a separate shipping address, to which your goods will be dispatched. Please be advised that all deliveries will require a signature for goods received, so please ensure that an authorised party will be available to sign at the given address.
